we are Hiring for Call Centre executives:

Job Role:

Handling inbound calls related to policies.
Follow up with internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
Convincing customer related to claims.
Provide claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals.
Update daily tracker to escalation team.
Guide the customers about claim procedure and Pre-Auth procedure.
Providing information related to corporate & individual policies.

Criteria:

Any Graduate(without backlogs).

Fresher or Experience

Flexible to work in shift
Day shift for FEMALE.
Rotational shift for MALE
