Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must have minimum of 6 months experience as Customer Support Executive.
  • Attending queries, Providing Customer Support and service via E-Mail (80%) andcalls (20%).
  • Client Visit across state and Coordination. .
  • Coordinating with internal teams and departments.
  • Reporting to heads and other internal teams.
  • Good knowledge in claims processing and handling tickets.
  • Excellent communication is the priority


Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Candidate should be preferably have minimum of 6 months of TPA experience.
  • Graduation mandatory
