Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have minimum of 6 months experience as Customer Support Executive.
- Attending queries, Providing Customer Support and service via E-Mail (80%) andcalls (20%).
- Client Visit across state and Coordination. .
- Coordinating with internal teams and departments.
- Reporting to heads and other internal teams.
- Good knowledge in claims processing and handling tickets.
- Excellent communication is the priority
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should be preferably have minimum of 6 months of TPA experience.
- Graduation mandatory
