• Coordinating for member Shortfall review and close coordination with Internal Teams like Operations, Network Team and Account for stucked Cases.
• Coordinating with Insurance Company and brokers.
• Interaction with Employees on Transactions like, Pre auth approvals, E- Cards, and Basic queries.
• Support to clear internal operational matrices.
